The new SAM.gov UEI site is up and available. To set up your SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier number, please review the Quick Guide
The federal government requires Federal Unique Entity Identifier Number (UEI) for all federal grantees. This number will come from sam.gov. Nebraska also redrew the Congressional and Nebraska Unicameral boundaries. With these changes, Nebraska Arts Council is asking you to log into your online grants system account and update information for us.
You can get to your Organization Profile by going here.
If you forgot your password you can click on Forgot Your Password on the log on page.
You will need to provide your new Federal Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) if that has not been done already.
In addition to that field, we are asking you to provide the following information:
- 1. Your Congressional District (1, 2, or 3). Information is provided for you on how to fin the district
- Your Nebraska Legislative District (1-49). Information is provided for you on how to find the district
You also have the opportunity to make changes to:
- Your website address
- Your organization’s address
- Your organization’s phone number
