OPEN ARTIST CALL for muralists to submit. A revitalization project for downtown Blair Ne is set for June 9th 2025. The alleyway between 17th & 18th street & Washington street will feature overhead bistro style lighting, new landscaping, bike rack & up to six(6) murals.

Overall project budget $34,000
Up to 6 artist stipends of $2000
And one(1) $6000 stipend for a large mural.

Deadline to submit March 25th 2025.
