Sam Hennigh

Communications Manager

As the Communications Manager, Sam guides the Nebraska Arts Council’s media across all platforms, and responds to inquiries from the community and media.

Sam comes to us from Kansas, after growing up and spending most of his life there. He received his B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from Kansas State University, and previously worked as a news reporter, morning show host, and entertainment media reviewer.

A big fan of movies on both the big and small screen, Sam is currently developing his hobby of photography and working on learning new instruments.
